MYRON DE LUXE offers a seamless, white-glove shipping experience. Every order is meticulously packed, insured, and traceable. Below are the terms that apply to all shipments.
We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders above €500 / equivalent. For orders below this threshold, a flat €25 / $30 shipping fee applies. Important: MYRON DE LUXE ships DDP (delivery duty paid) for most destinations — all import taxes and customs are pre-paid, so you receive the package with no extra charges. In rare cases where local regulations require you to pay duties, we will reimburse you via store credit.
Once your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Our client support (shipping@myrondeluxe.global) monitors all shipments and can intervene in case of delay. We consider a package delivered after tracking confirmation; any subsequent issues are handled with the carrier.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your MYRON DE LUXE acquisition. If any piece does not meet your expectations, our atelier accepts returns under the following conditions.
After we receive and inspect the return (usually within 3 business days), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The amount includes the product price and any duties paid (shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error). Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take 5–10 days to appear.
If you prefer a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a full refund — this guarantees immediate availability. Alternatively, we can process an exchange directly; please note that exchanges may be subject to stock confirmation. Store credit (valid 24 months) can be requested and is issued immediately after return scan.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or contains a mistake, please contact us within 48 hours with photos via WhatsApp(our contact page). We will arrange a complimentary pickup and send a replacement or full refund as you prefer.
