We work with trusted partners (logistics, payment gateways, IT infrastructure) under strict data processing agreements. Your data may be transferred to countries with equivalent data protection laws. We never sell your information to third parties.

Shipping policy

MYRON DE LUXE offers a seamless, white-glove shipping experience. Every order is meticulously packed, insured, and traceable. Below are the terms that apply to all shipments.

Delivery time & carriers

  • Ready-to-wear & accessories: dispatched within 24–48 hours via DHL Express / FedEx Priority (signature required).
  • Bespoke & made-to-order: production times are indicated on the product page; you will receive tracking once shipped.
  • Estimated transit: 1–3 business days (major cities), 3–5 business days (regional areas). Remote locations may require additional time.

Shipping costs & duties

We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders above €500 / equivalent. For orders below this threshold, a flat €25 / $30 shipping fee applies. Important: MYRON DE LUXE ships DDP (delivery duty paid) for most destinations — all import taxes and customs are pre-paid, so you receive the package with no extra charges. In rare cases where local regulations require you to pay duties, we will reimburse you via store credit.

Order tracking & support

Once your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Our client support (shipping@myrondeluxe.global) monitors all shipments and can intervene in case of delay. We consider a package delivered after tracking confirmation; any subsequent issues are handled with the carrier.

Refund & returns

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your MYRON DE LUXE acquisition. If any piece does not meet your expectations, our atelier accepts returns under the following conditions.

Return window & condition

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, with all protective materials and tags attached. Footwear must be tried on carpet. Final sale items (e.g., limited editions, engraved pieces) are non‑returnable unless defective.

Refund process

After we receive and inspect the return (usually within 3 business days), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The amount includes the product price and any duties paid (shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error). Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take 5–10 days to appear.

Exchanges & store credit

If you prefer a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a full refund — this guarantees immediate availability. Alternatively, we can process an exchange directly; please note that exchanges may be subject to stock confirmation. Store credit (valid 24 months) can be requested and is issued immediately after return scan.

Damaged or incorrect items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or contains a mistake, please contact us within 48 hours with photos via WhatsApp(our contact page). We will arrange a complimentary pickup and send a replacement or full refund as you prefer.
