This site and its content are provided for the purpose of browsing, learning about, and purchasing Myron De Luxe products and services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
3. Orders & Payment Fragrances
- Prices are listed in GHS and confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp
- Payment is accepted via mobile money, bank transfer, or cash on delivery
- Stock availability is confirmed before delivery is arranged
- Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
4. Service Engagements Tech Solutions
- Software and web projects begin with a scoped agreement on deliverables, timeline, and cost
- Changes to scope after work has started may affect timeline and pricing
- Ongoing maintenance and support are offered as a separate, agreed arrangement
5. Intellectual Property
All Myron De Luxe branding, site content, and original design work remain the property of Myron De Luxe. For custom tech projects, ownership of the final delivered code transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Myron De Luxe works to deliver every product and project to a high standard, but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, third-party courier issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
